Last week, we saw all sorts of metallics in the dresses at the Oscars from Meryl Streep to Stacy Kiebler to Jessica Chastain. Now it is not only an up and coming trend in celebrity dresses, but at weddings too. They create an spectacular ambiance for a room with all the shimmer and shine. With candles lit in a darkened room, the metallics glow and develop an extremely romantic feel for the space. Also, we are seeing those metallics now move from the runway into bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen ties. What a great place to add a bit of sparkle and glitz.
