c9 engagement ~ Carly and Cale

All the events leading up to your wedding day are so special and we love when we get the chance to share our couples engagement photos.  This April, we are lucky enough to work with Cale and Carly for their wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch.  Their love story is amazing and one for the books.

Their lives have been intertwined, since before they were born.  Carly’s mom and Cale’s father lived five houses apart.  Therefore growing up, Carly and Cale may have teased each other, but were always an important part of each others lives.  Carly’s sister and Cale’s cousin played soccer together when they were young so Carly and Cale of course had no option, but to hang out at the games.

In high school, the childhood friends reconnected, when again they were on brother and sister duty of picking up their siblings from school.  As Carly says “that is about the only time I ever arrived someplace early in my life!

During Carly’s senior year, she and Cale dated for a bit, nevertheless, being two years older, Carly went off to college and they went their separate ways.  Somehow they knew they would always come back to each other.

After her first year of college, Carly knew her destiny and that Cale was the one “that makes my heart go wild.  He is my soulmate, my best friend, my confidant, my true love and the man I want to spend the rest of my life with!”

Soon after, they began dating and their first official date of the rest of their lives took place on August 1, 2006.  In those times they are apart, Cale sends notes to Carly like the following.  “It’s amazing to be thousands miles away and you can feel your love grow stronger.”  We see how true their love is and are so happy we have the opportunity to work with them this year!

The lovely Jenny Marvin of JM Photo Art is photographing Cale and Carly’s wedding and of course, we are so excited to work with her.  Their engagement photos are absolutely gorgeous!
