Crooked Willow Farms ~ The Wedding Pink 2014
It was an absolute HONOR to be the planners for The Wedding Pink’s 2014 wedding at Crooked Willow Farms for Erica and Mike’s wedding. The Wedding Pink is an annual giveaway to a couple that has recently been touched by breast cancer and Erika and Mike’s story will surely bring tears to your eyes! All Denver vendors donated their services and products to make Erika and Mike’s wedding dreams come true. Their wedding vision was a juxtaposition of organic and natural elements combined with a modern twist. We brought in a neutral color palette of florals in greens, whites, blushes and a hint of purple. For the twist, we played with a gray chevron pattern and brought in a bold coral for the menus and escort cards.
For the ceremony, a custom song was written for them by Hipster Mama Productions that was amazing. Pink Monkey Solutions and A Design Resource brought in drapery, a crystal chandelier and birch tri-pods to display fabulous florals. Splendor for Your Guests donated gray fleece blankets to keep guests cozy. Mike’s mother officiated and there was not a dry eye during the ceremony.
Chic lounge furniture was displayed at cocktail hour and A Music Plus kept the tunes rolling. Erika and Mike brought in their personal touches with a globe guest book and hand made escort cards. Once guests made their way into the reception area, they were treated to more eye candy in the florals, linens, place settings, vintage candy bar, fabulous cake and jamming tunes.
